Authorities in Saginaw are currently probing the homicide of an attorney, initially mistaken as a potential self-inflicted gunshot wound. However, further investigation revealed that the man who reported the incident is now considered the primary suspect in her murder, says FOX 4.
Renowned for her dedication and meticulous approach, 45-year-old Kimberly Knapp was a well-regarded defense attorney in Tarrant County. How did the Tragic Death of Kimberly Knapp happen?
According to Saginaw police, Rance Magby was taken into custody approximately 12 hours after he made a 911 call on Monday night around 10 p.m. During the call, Magby suggested that Kimberly Knapp had shot herself.
When police and paramedics arrived at the residence on Lottie Lane in Saginaw, they initially treated it as a case of a victim with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Upon investigation, they found Knapp lying on the bed with a single gunshot wound to the chest. She was promptly transported to JPS Hospital but tragically died of her injuries shortly after.
