At around six o’clock, Rachel Morin reportedly went to the Ma & Pa Trail in Bel Air. Sheriff of Harford County Jeffrey Gahler stated on Sunday that Saturday evening around 11:30 p.m., her boyfriend reported her missing when she failed to come back home.
