This recusal request of Donald Trump was sparked by the previous “biased remarks” of US District Judge Tanya Chutkan — concerning Trump’s involvement in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
In a legal movement (involving Trump) filed recently; Trump’s attorneys have expressed concerns about the impartiality of US District Judge Tanya Chutkan.
