The department revealed doorbell camera footage from one of the incidents, in which Saggaram is purportedly seen strolling up to a house with a meal order in her hand.

Instead of leaving the food bag, a woman is seen picking up a parcel from the porch and walking back to her car with both goods in tow. She then gets into a car parked near the home’s driveway and exits the area.

According to Nassau County police, the aforementioned event occurred on Highland Terrace in Manhasset on September 3 at 4:34 p.m. The victim reported the package theft to authorities after it was stolen from outside her home.

Saggaram was also charged in a similar incident that occurred in Sands Point at 5 p.m. the same day.

Prior to the thefts, police claimed Saggaram picked up a Chipotle order for a DoorDash client before driving around the neighbourhood looking for items left outside.

Saggaram was handed a court appearance ticket and will appear in First District Court on October 20.
