Jenelle Evans and David Eason may face abuse and neglect charges in the continuing crisis involving Jenelle’s 14-year-old son, Jace… TMZ has discovered.
According to law enforcement sources, they plan to conclude up their investigation very soon and only interviewed Jace this week. According to our sources, charges for both neglect and violence will be filed at this time.
What hasn’t been resolved is whether both Jenelle and David will face prosecution… or whether only one of them will face legal consequences.
According to TMZ, detectives began investigating Jace’s case as a probable instance of neglect after the young boy ran away from home for the third time in roughly a month.
According to cops, Jace told investigators that David assaulted him and that he had obvious wounds on his neck and arm, making the inquiry that much more serious. Furthermore, we’re told there’s footage of the alleged attack, and cops have it.
Jace’s stepfather is David Eason… Jenelle reclaimed custody of the 14-year-old from Barbara earlier this year. Barbara took custody of Jace years ago after Jenelle was unable to adequately care for her kid.
We reached out to Jenelle and David for comment, but have yet to hear back.
