In Hawaii, jury recognised a couple living with false names for 10-years in Hawaii, they had stolen the identity of two dead babies. The couples are seen wearing KGB uniform in their photos that made them highlighted among prosecutors.
The couple were referred as their preferred names Bobby Fort and Julie Montague by the judge presiding in over the U.S. District Court in Honolulu. The couple also claimed that their step would not harm anyone, they took this step for their benefit only but no one listened to them and they got charged with passport fraud and identity theft.
In the starting of the trial, Assistant U.S. Attorney Tom Muehleck said that the name Bobby Fort used by them is the name of a baby who lived for 3 months and due to bad cough he died 50 years ago. This identity theft got justified by the statement of a person named Tonda Montague Ferguson, he said that when he was in eighth grade her mother gave birth to a girl named Julie Montague who just lived for three weeks after birth due to some birth disorders.
Muehleck also stated that these two babies were buried in Taxa at distance of 15 miles (24 kilometers). The Prosecutors gave the statement that the couple’s real name were Walter Glenn Primrose and Gwynn Darle Morrison.
By the one more sentence given by Muehleck, court got to know that they were in the same Texas High School and one of their friend who stayed with them told that they previously had made a planned of changing their identities and making false passport due to their substantial debt.
The husband even showed himself 10-years younger by changing his identity and got a job in Coast Guard. The couple got sentenced in March and got punished with 10-years of prison. They face up to 5 years of conspiracy charges and 2 years of identity theft charges.
