Stimulus update: Direct payment worth up to $1,312 to be sent from Alaska fund in four days

Alaska residents is going to be receive another swath of one-time payments from the 2023 Permanent Fund Dividend within seven days.

This annual payment was already sent out in to two batches to eligible residents on October 5 and October 18 respectively. The third round of this payment is going to be sent out on November 16 and this payment will be worth $1,312 per resident for this year.

The eligibility of the applicant for this program is as follows-

  • The applicant must be an Alaska resident and intends to remain a state resident.
  • They must be not a convicted felon or claim residency in another state during the year.
  • The resident may apply for the state program from January 1 to March 31 each year.

The recipients who will receive the payment on November 16 must include those recipients who have the “Eligible-Not Paid” status on Wednesday and yet not received their 2023 or earlier payment form the Permanent Fund Dividend.

Alaska Department of Revenue Commissioner Adam Crum stated in a statement that 2023 PDF marks the 42nd year when Alaskans have received their share of the state’s natural resource wealth.

As stated by the Alaska Department of Revenue they have processed over 8,000 more applications than in 2022. This program is started to benefit current and future generations.
