A Florida man has been charged with assault, battery and attempted petit larceny after he attempted to rape, strangle and choke missing Suspect Juan Carlos Garcia while the victim reported the matter to the police.
Police say the incident happened on Nov. 10. 16, 2023 at 10:30 p.m. While relaxing in a tent outside an office in Miami, Garcia woke him up. Garcia allegedly noticed a scalp injury and tried to pull her out of the tent. The injured man fought back, and Garcia began choking him. The casualty could choose to distribute and travel free.
Garcia followed the person in question and sped up to him near a dumpster. Garcia allegedly struck the victim in the head and then fled the area. The injured party had the right to call 911.
Police responded to the scene and began a search for Garcia. They thought he was a slight chance after they ducked into a nearby backyard. Garcia was arrested and taken into custody.
