One Burglar Killed When A California Homeowner Shoots Armed Intruders: Know More Here

During an attempted house invasion early on Saturday, a homeowner in Los Angeles opened fire on three intruders, killing one of them, according to the police.

Around five in the morning on Saturday, police responded to a report of gunfire inside a residence in Los Angeles’ Granada Hills neighbourhood, which is located in the 11400 block of Swinton Avenue.

When the police arrived, the homeowner told them that three unidentified men had broken into his house while he was inside. A grandmother and kid were inside the house at the time, according to FOX 11.

The men’s masks, hoodies, and dark clothes were reported by the homeowner to the authorities. In fear for his life, the homeowner claimed to have pulled out a revolver and fired several bullets at the defendants, hitting one of them, according to the police.

The remaining suspects were driven from the residence by the homeowner. According to police, the suspects arrived at the site in a black BMW automobile but left without it.

When paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived on the scene, they declared the shooting suspect dead. The deceased suspect was found to have been shot twice and to have the homeowner’s belongings, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

Upon their arrival, detectives from the Operations Valley Bureau Homicide launched a preliminary inquiry. After being detained at the Devonshire Community Police Station for interrogation, the homeowner was eventually released.
