CHRISTMAS GIFTS Americans can get one-time payments up to $3,500 just in time for Christmas – but it’s only in a certain state

Eligible citizens are going to receive their payments from the lawsuit in New York before Christmas and it will be only received by the citizens from state only.

ARE YOU ELEGIBLE?

The lawsuit declared that the people who were in the custody of the New York Department of Corrections will be going to be benefited.

These people must have been released from custody once after their bail was paid.

Their release date must have been delayed between the dates of October 4, 2014 and October 21,2022.

NEW YORKERS CAN RECEIVE UP TO $3,500

These claims would be accepted by December 12th of this year and the people who were affected could receive cash payments of worth up to $3,500.

As per the resources from the lawsuit, the New York city had delayed and did over-detentions through use of a “confusing and perplexing” system.

THE CITY CLAIMS NO WRONG DOING

Being accused by the lawsuit, the city claims no wrong doing. But the city agreed to resolve the matter by paying a sum of money.

Residents can also get money from a $5 million mortgage settlement by meeting two criteria.
