The 6-year-old kid reportedly informed authorities that Cris John Pentinio Castor, a citizen from the Philippines, groped her “private parts” as she was playing computer games. This information was obtained by Fox News Digital from the girl’s affidavit.

The FBI document states that Castor concealed his behaviour from the youth centre’s cameras, which is why the video does not “capture the contact directly.”

But the video from Nov. 27 “is consistent with the minor victim’s statement and shows Castor’s hand reaching into (the victim’s) lap, in the vicinity of her vaginal area,” according to the affidavit.

On November 20, the Celebrity Silhouette sailed out of Florida, stopping at various Caribbean islands before arriving back at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on November 30.

At that point, Castor was questioned by police over the girl’s allegations, and the following day, he was taken into custody.

According to the affidavit, he admitted to inappropriately touching at least three other children, including making “skin-to-skin contact” with the girl, when he spoke with investigators.

According to the complaint, Castor acknowledged sexually abusing kids “on multiple occasions, while consciously hiding acts from the Youth Center’s security cameras.”

Castor has subsequently been let go, according to a statement sent by Celebrity Cruise via email to Fox News Digital.

“We have zero tolerance for this behaviour,” Celebrity Cruise said in the email. “We reported this to law enforcement and terminated the crew member, and we will continue to fully cooperate with authorities.”

August was the month he got hired. Celebrity Cruises declined to respond to inquiries concerning their employment and screening procedures.

Fox News Digital reached out to Castor’s public defender, but they did not provide a statement.

Castor was accused of abusing a youngster under the age of twelve by sexual contact in a federal court.

He is due in court on Friday for a bond hearing and on December 15 for a preliminary hearing.
