Earlier this month, Max Krejckant, 33, was taken into custody on a petit theft allegation after he neglected to pay for a tattoo parlour in St. Petersburg, Florida.

According to an affidavit obtained by FOX 35 Orlando, Krejckant received the tattoo but refused to pay the $250 fee, which prompted deputies from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office to respond to Ink Godz on December 2.

Krejckant stated that because he was missing his debit card, he was unable to pay for the tattoo.

Additionally, deputies added that after being given several payment alternatives, he refused to pay the money and did not produce documentation proving he had $250 in his bank account.

According to the affidavit, when deputies examined Krejckant’s bag, they only discovered his driver’s licence and six dollars.

After being taken into the Pinellas County Jail, Krejckant was released the next day with a $150 bond.
