Class-action settlement: Deadline for CVS lidocaine customers to file claim in four days

The customers who have purchased CVS Pharmacy which got accused for having maximum strength of Iidocaine patches, creams, roll-ons or spray products in the past few years are left with only four days to file a claim and get a piece of a $3.8 million settlement.

CVS Pharmacy has already denied of any wrongdoing but they have agreed for the settlement to resolve the matter and the deadline for those customers to file a claim is November 20.CLEANUP UNDERWAY AFTER VIOLENT PROTEST AT DNC HEADQUARTERS LEAVES SIX OFFICERS INJURED

The customers eligible  to file a claim for this settlement are the one who had purchased CVS Pharmacy products from December 11, 2017 to July 18,2023 but before receiving the piece of settlement they must file a claim.

Customers can file for this claim in two ways. The customers who are eligible to file this claim having proof of purchase can claim for $4.50 per unit with no limit and without proof can have three claims of up to $4.50 per unit. These claims can be made only from one method only but not by both off them.The final approval for this settlement is scheduled for December 19 and the further information regarding this settlement including the method of claim can be found on the court authorised website.

Affected Capital One customers have time till November 27 to claim a piece of that settlement.
