“Deviant” Ex-CIA Agent Acknowledges Drugging And Brutally Assaulting Several Women: Know More Here

As part of a federal plea agreement that could result in his imprisonment for up to 30 years, a former CIA officer acknowledged drugging and sexually abusing more than two dozen women while serving on overseas postings on Tuesday in a Washington, D.C., court.

As part of the agreement, Brian Jeffrey Raymond, 47, admitted to victimising 28 women in six countries between 2006 and 2016. He also pled guilty to one count each of sexual assault, abusive sexual contact compulsion and seduction, and transportation of obscene material.

Raymond stored a twisted stash of over 500 movies and pictures he had recorded of naked, unconscious women, according to a search warrant.

He is observed adjusting their naked bodies in numerous of them, prying open their eyelids, arranging their limbs, and reaching for various body parts.

The horrifying case was summed up by U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in her harsh ruling in April, rejecting Raymond’s request for bail.

“The record depicts a sexual predator with the means and motive to seek out unsuspecting women on dating applications, drug them, abuse them, and leave them without the memory or wherewithal to report his deviant schemes to law enforcement,” she wrote.

After police responded to reports of a nude lady screaming on the balcony of Raymond’s Mexico City flat rented by the US Embassy, an investigation into him was launched in May 2020.

Court filings state that he had met her on Tinder, taken drugs, and assaulted her; she had no recall of that night.

Prosecutors claim that after learning of the criminal investigation, Raymond attempted—but failed—to remove the unsettling evidence before resigning from his position that same year.

After gaining access to his phone and iCloud account, investigators were able to identify the victims through the films and images. Many of the victims were people he had met on dating apps and had brought back to his embassy-leased flats for what turned out to be beverages laced with erectin.

Raymond is shown in one of the graphic recordings “grabbing [the victim’s] breast and playing with her mouth and tongue as she struggled to breathe,” according to court documents.

Along with conducting damaging internet searches, the San Diego native had also typed in “Ambien and alcohol and pass out” and “Ambien and alcohol and side effects.” Sleeping pills on prescription include Ambien.

Speaking Mandarin and Spanish with ease, Raymond preyed on women in Mexico City, Peru, and four other nations, which the authorities withheld from the public in court filings because of security concerns.

Up to fourteen victims were supposed to testify, but Raymond changed his mind and accepted the plea deal.
