According to a Miami-Dade Police Department arrest affidavit obtained by FOX 35 Orlando, Sandra Jimenez, 44, was charged with aggravated violence in relation to an incident that occurred on Saturday in a house where she lived with her partner.

Officers were called to a hospital after a guy was stabbed in the eye with a needle, according to a report. During an altercation about his “looking at other women,” the victim informed police that Jimenez had punctured his right eyelid with their dogs’ rabies needles, according to the affidavit.

When Jimenez “realised what she had done,” she allegedly leapt on her eight-year partner while he was lying on the couch and stabbed him with the needles before fleeing their house.

After making a 911 call, the victim was taken to the hospital and talked with police about the attack.

Subsequently, Jimenez was discovered by police dozing off in her vehicle outside the residence, according to the complaint. When questioned by the police on the alleged incident, Jimenez stated that her boyfriend’s injuries were “self-inflicted”.

Arrest documents state that she is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Centre on a $7,500 bond.
