Las Vegas teen dies after getting ambushed and fatally beaten by 15 people

In Las Vegas, a 17-year-old high school student found dead on Monday after he was beaten by a large group of peers who lead t o substantial bodily injury, which led him to being put on life support.

Officers responded to the 1900 block of Searles Avenue after receiving reports about a fight on November 1 at 2:05 p.m. as said by Las Vegas Metro Police. The incident occurred near a school, and officials administered CPR on the unconscious teen and then the teen having life-threatening injuries was transported to the nearby hospitals by medical officials.

KLAS-TV came to know that name of teen was Jonathan

Lewis and that fight occurred close to Rancho High School. The teen was involved with 15 others in the fight before the officers arrived at the scene as the news released by Las Vegas Metro Police.

Lewis was taken off life support after some days of attack and then died and his cause of death was multiple blunt force injuries.

As stated by Lewis’ father, Lewis’ girlfriend told them that what occurs stated by Lewis’ father, Lewis’ girlfriend told them that what occurred was because one from the group of 15 had stolen something from one of Lewis’ smaller friend and they threw the boy in the trash can and Lewis confronted them and got attacked by them.

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department’s Homicide Unit is still investigating the case.
