The McLean County Grand Jury‘s indictment for the reckless driver arrested has identified the accused as William Morris, a 22-year-old resident of Bloomington. Morris now faces charges of reckless homicide and aggravated reckless driving for his role in the devastating accident that claimed the life of 57-year-old Charlene Jones, also a resident of Bloomington. This grave incident of the reckless driver arrested occurred at the intersection of Rivian Motorway (Route 150) and College Avenue in Normal. Associate Judge Scott Black presided over the hearing of the reckless driver arrested, setting Morris’ bond at $100,000, a substantial amount that requires a payment of 10%, or $10,000, for his release from the confines of the McLean County Jail.
