Lul Top, 36, was taken into custody of her five children on January 8 at their rented house in the Dallas suburb of Allen, Texas, according to an arrest complaint obtained by FOX 4.

The woman’s children, ages three, six, nine, and ten, reportedly reported to Child Protection Services that Top “tortured” them regularly to get her alcohol.

According to authorities, two of the children said that their mother had cut them with a knife, while the other children had marks “resembling knife cuts”.

The 10-year-old also revealed that he had to physically fight his mother off when she attempted to put his 3-year-old sibling into a hot oven to get the child upstairs and hide her.

According to the affidavit, a 4-year-old child claimed to have witnessed the incident as well.

A youngster informed detectives that his mother had once cut his tongue with a knife.

According to the affidavit, the youngster reportedly admitted that his mother forced him to consume alcohol, but he spit it out.

According to the affidavit, the kids informed detectives that Top had threatened to kill everyone with a cleaver and that they would hide knives so their mother couldn’t threaten them.

On Thursday, February 8, Top’s residence was forcibly evacuated.

A SWAT standoff and her ultimate arrest at home were captured on camera by neighbours.

On camera during Top’s arrest, a police officer can be heard yelling, “Come out with your hands up,” over a loudspeaker.

According to the affidavit, Top spent an hour hiding in the house’s attic before emerging.

William Whitney, a neighbour, told FOX 4 that “always weird stuff” was happening at Top’s house.

“Always weird stuff over there. The police were always there,” he said. “Seeing the kids playing out in the back by themselves, no supervision. And to know that was happening, it’s sad. It’s really sad.”

According to the neighbours, the family moved into that house approximately a year ago.

Knives found within the house were reportedly turned over to the Allen police when Top was detained.

Six counts of felonious aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon are levied against Top. She is being held at the Collin County Jail with a $600,000 bail at the moment.
